General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for directing and arranging all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. The General Manager manages the P&L, drives sales, and provides guidance to all personnel and processes for the location.

Service Technician
The Service Technician performs diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician speaks with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also promotes products and services to customer and works under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The person in the position also performs installation and service on indoor air quality products and equipment, as well, and has the ability to comprehend controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist manages customer queries, grievances, and billing inquiries with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for supporting day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.

The Dispatcher, using Service Experts radio and pager procedures, dispatches customer information to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The person in the role also corresponds with the customer to confirm the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, respond to questions, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians using established company procedures.
