Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales programs provided for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary instruction through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, tools, and structure for operating a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, conduct outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this program we study heating and cooling industry basics, what drives people to purchase, calling techniques, scripts, customer buying signals, and controlling customer objections.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training provided. On the job training provided by the General Manager and appropriate staff at center level.
