"The first tech could have made the simple repair when he came out at midnight instead of saying we had to have a new thermostat and rescheduling for the next morning. When I contacted the office the next morning to get an approximate time, I was told the second technician would be out between 2 and 4 that afternoon. The second tech did an excellent diagnostic and installed the new thermostat (at our request because the old thermostat was no longer a model that was recommended) even though it may not have been needed."

I tech did not clean the outside coils, I have tried to clean them over the summer so they didnt need cleaning, but the cotton wood cotton is in strings that would have been removed if sprayed from the inside out."

I called in at 9:30 Sunday morning to see if there was an ETA and there was not, but she said she would push it to be an ASAP request. No one was there by 11:30 so I called again, and was then informed that appointments are not made on weekends (although I had an appointment made and it is advertised online to be open 24/7). I then got a call from a technician about an hour later and he said it was the first he had heard about the request for service. We spent 4 hours waiting at home and ended up not being able to get service."

"It was the moment Neal Harris had been waiting for...our 16 year old A/C went out and I was looking for bids to replace it. Given that the old unit was an A/C and air handler, I was looking at a high-efficiency air source heat pump to save money through the winter. Multiple other companies affirmed that this was the right choice given the inability to run a gas line to the 2nd floor of our home. Upon arriving, Crystal and I got into a strange and confusing argument about whether air source heat-pumps would make sense for the space, after which she quoted me only for A/Cs and would not send me any details on the proposed units -- only hand written, top line numbers. I was interested in the Advantage plan and asked to review the terms and conditions as we evaluated the bids. She said she didn't have any in hard copy (fine) but then she wouldn't know where to get any online (which is laughable) and pivoted back to using social proof "70% of my customers use this plan" to try to get me to say yes. Suffice to say, I went with another company for the new unit. All of Crystal's bids were higher than the competitors and they were for A/Cs only to boot. This survey has reminded me to cancel my maintenance plan. I work in sales. I'm not at all mad at Crystal and, were I her sales coach, I would tell her to listen to the customer and not resort to slights of hand to try and win business. It may work some of the time, but when it doesn't work, it will really bite you."

"Came home from work Monday; saw a trickle of water coming out of my A/C unit in my home. Traced the leaking of the water; put a towel to take up the water that was leaking. Called the after hours customer service personnel (waste of time)!!! Finally a technician came by at 11:00 p.m. - I realize it was late, but I was furious. I purchased a new unit Furnace/AC on October 3, 2020 using your fancy Advantage Plan. I figured that was the best deal for me (widowed Senior Citizen). That way I would have piece of mind with my Furnace/A/C units. The furnace functioned great in the Winter (love it). On Tuesday I called the Overland Park, KS local office. A person by the name of Penney answered the telephone; Penney listened to my concerns. I told Penney I wanted a technician at my house on Saturday no matter what. Penney said she would do what she could and let me know. Penney set up my appointment for Saturday June 19, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.. I realize this is the Summer months. That is why I purchased the Advantage Plan, David the technician told me that was normal for the condensation to leak out like that. That is not normal; if it is I want the normal fix, and not see a trickle of water leaking somewhere. Service Experts fix the problem or quit advertising how great you are!!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL SUCK AFTER HOURS!!! GET SOMEONE LOCALLY IN THE AREA; NOT SOMEONE THAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND!!!!!"

At 6pm I called and was advised the technician tried to call ( no such thing happened) and he left a note on my front door (again, no such thing happened). I was advised that Kevin would be out to handle the appointment since the previous technician falsified his records to be done with his work. I do not ever want the first technician at my house. He left and returned with the proper toilet which he installed. what was needed. was poor. Austin Lemmons was the 2nd technician to examine the symptoms and after extensive examination of the sump pump- operation, made a call to a Master Plummer and learned the problem could be resolved by installing a 2nd check valve. He did this in short order and resolved the problem. We really appreciated him going the extra mile to determine what the problem was as we've had a lot of rain and more forecasted and we were leaving on vacation the following day.
