"We were very satisfied that the problem with the ac not cooling was an easy fix. The only thing we weren't satisfied with was the attitude of the technician. The problem was the fuse had been pulled from the power box and we asked how that could have happened. He did suggest a possibility of attempted theft which was very concerning to us. His responses to our questions were very abrupt and his whole attitude seemed to be that he was annoyed by being here. We've never experienced this kind of interaction with any other technicians."

Logan inferred that because I hadnt done the twice a year maintenance, my system was basically in terrible shape. I was able to get the A/C fixed by another company by pittance next to the exorbitant prices. I also noticed that his written report is much less dire than the one he writes by hand on the lined paper he used on the past two visits that he leaves undated and includes all the items he dresses needs to be done. An upwelling for sure, but a much more subdued official official report/recommendations. I felt I was given the old wifey treatment."

"The guy did a good job when he came but was a day late because of the people that booked the appointment. Your off site phone answering service is AWEFUL AT BEST. Every time I call your company I have abad experience with them. It may be cheaper but it will ruin your reputation. I called and spoke with some lady and she said she booked me an appointment for the next day. then she was going to transfer me to someone so I could join your priority club (which I found out later that you do not offer that to commercial customers) well i got disconnected during the phone transfer. I called back and went through all of the steps again to finally talk to some guy that informed me I did not have an appointment booked. He booked me an appointment for the same time slot the next day and no-one showed up. I called the next day and talked to someone in the home office because I realized that if I pushed option 3 I would talk to the office. The lady there said that I was scheduled to have someone that day come not the day of the original appointment."

"I had already had the annual checkup on my air conditioner when I had to call again because it wasn't working - 3 days earlier. Then I had a brief power outage and it stopped cooling. I called at 11:00 pm, got someone right away and while there was someone working over night, we arranged an appointment between 8:00 - 10:00 the next morning. Over night, the air conditioner started cooling again, all by itself. The two men were here at 8:10, checked everything out, said they weren't sure what happened but that the air conditioner was in good shape and I should call again if I had any further trouble. They didn't suggest I was a dope for calling, they checked things carefully and reassured me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the quick service, the respect and the fact that my air conditioner is indeed working fine now. This was, by the way, during the last extreme heat so you can imagine how desperately I wanted my air conditioner to work!"

"1) I had paid for the Ultimate Protection Plan which included 2 visits for 2 units. During COVID, I was not comfortable having a tech enter the house, so I spoke to Neal Harris and they said I could move my service appointment to after COVID. So I recently made an appointment and was told it would be free of charge since under original protection plan. After tech arrived and did his service, he asked for $89 per unit. I informed him of the earlier discussions so he called his department from his phone and the woman who answered him said she would waive the charge. This entire conversation is recorded video/audio on my RING doorbell camera. After he left, I got on email a bill for $29 per unit (total $58), which showed a signature that wasnt even mine!!!! Basically signed with a wavy line. This is FRAUD and FORGERY! 2) After the tech, Roy, rang doorbell to enter the house and service the indoor units in the basement, he went outside to service the outdoor AC units. I was sitting in the living room and found him opening my front door and entering my house without even knocking! When I heard the door opening I rushed to the door and found him inside my house!!! I admonished him for entering on his own, but this is trespassing!!!! Totally unacceptable behavior!!!!"
